El Bulli: Cooking in Progress

The world famous restaurant  El Bulli is set to close into a cooking school. ‘El Bulli: Cooking in Progress” is going to be released on September 1st. The film is meant to capture the six month process where chef Ferran Adria and his team of chefs prepare the 30 course meal that is going to be served during the six months that the restaurant in open. The film is directed by Gereon Wetzel known for the TV documentary: “How to Make a Book with Steidl“. You can look at the review of the film by the hollywood reporter here
