“The Big Uneasy”

On July 11, writer and director Harry Shearer will be making an appearance at a screening of his documentary “The Big Uneasy” at the Smith Rafael Film Center in San Rafael, CA. The film explores the reasons for the flooding in New Orleans in 2005, suggesting that it was a preventable tragedy, therefore not a natural disaster. Join us as we watch the film and learn about why and where these faulty practices are still being used today. $15 for the public, $12 for CFI members.
